had my lower unit go bad in my 1983 johnson 35hp j35elcts so I purchased a 1986 28 hp J28ELCDS. Used the controls I had got everything plugged in. Only problem when I shut the key off engine still runs. What can I do besides run a separate kill switch from the magneto. Thank you
