My Johnson 5Hp Mod:J5REE, Ser No: S15008053 10/98 is not pulling fuel from the tank. I only use the portable tank because I don't like the thought of petrol in the fitted tank being carried in the car. The motor runs OK at medium to full revs, but when trolling I have to pump the bulb or it stops for want of fuel. Any suggestions??? Thanks
