No fuel to carb 454s mercruiser 1997

Just got back from boat to get ready for water normal spring duties port engine started up fine runs grt mmo is the way to go strbd different story
turns over but no fuel to carb checked sight tube nothing disconnected fuel line on the pump that is run by raw water pump no gas changed fuel wtr sep at end of season. On the side of pump is a screw took off to see if fuel was in there nothing but looks like water got in there.any suggestion

Looks like you may have answered your own question!

You probably need to clean out your fuel tank. Look for a clogged fuel pick-up screen, water in the tank and possibly a stuck check ball in the anti-siphon valve.

Also, you may need to replace the fuel pump(s). Your's are probably mounted on the raw water pump? Check for fuel in the raw water pump oil reservoir too. Your OEM Carter mechanical fuel pump can be replaced with an Airtex or Master #60932. Or better yet, go to an electric.

any idea ? they run. on top of cracked drive and misc stuff my pockets are getting very shallow.
