no gas to carb

I have 2004 larson 204 escape 4.3l volvo penta. I am not getting fuel to my fuel filter so I am getting no gas to the carb. Thought the fuse on the seperated went out again but did not. What would cause the boat to get no fuel to the filter. Thanks for any and all help. New to the boating problem world.

Need help with a volvo 4.3 gl-c in a 2004 larson. Here is what is happening. I am not able to keep enough fuel in the filter after shutting the boat off. I have jumpered the #30 and #87 connections, that starts the fuel pump and she starts and runs great until I have to stop and restart again. It runs about 1oo yards and then shuts down. Then I prime the pump again and off we go. I have checked the relay, it is working, the fuel pump energizies when I jump the wires. What am I missing here..little help thanks

ok I've have now checked and do not have power at the pump but when I jump the #30 and #87 leads I do get power. I guess I am popping the relay, is it overheating? I have gone thru 5 relays now.
