No idea on which props

Hi guys, riddle me this. I have an 87 Celebrity 268 but instead of the 3.7 mercs, it has twin 5.7s with Alpha 1s...boat had no props on it when I bought it, so I haven't the slightest idea of what size and pitch to go with. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

Ayuh,... Throw a set of plain ole 19" pitch aluminium props on it, 'n Try it to get some numbers to work with....

Even if yer wrong, you'll have a set of spares, for Just In Case...

Is either drive counter rotatin',..??

Hopefully the drives were changed for the 5.7, and the gear ratio is correct.

Both drives are standard rotation, and are geared right...got them off a friends formula running twin 5.7s

Find yourself a good prop shop.

If you've got to buy new props, you may as well get the benefit of a person that has propellers as the center of their lives.

They usually know exactly what you need.
