changed my impeller and had the belt to tight, turned real slow when starting heard a click and had no power, couldnt even run the bilge pump. 1992 350 mercruiser inboard in a malibu boat. battery good with power, power at the ignition. nothing after that. have a push button circuit reset at the solonoid. no power and cant push the button in to reset. what do you think. thanks
