no power over 7mph?

heres a brief history . i have a 1986 115hp L6. during the first time out this year the boat lost all power. i can't get over 7mph. i have changes all 6 plugs, all the fuel lines to from the tank to the carbs, and the fuel. any ideas?

Check to see if you have spark on all cylinders. It could be you have a bad coil, plug or wire. Sounds like it is not firing on all cylinders.

how does it idle, could be your carbs need to be rebuilt, or the fuel pump , J

idles like a champ. and the fuel pump has rebuilt last week.
