No power pretty much anywhere...

I am new to posting so I'll try to tell you all the info I can...
I have an '87 sea ray seville 210 MCC with a 4.3 Mercruiser SN 0B768XXX. I bought the boat with a cracked block. It started and ran when I got it, but filled with water quickly. I unhooked the batteries and began to remove everything for a long block swap. I have some mechanical background, but not much in the marine area. I have just finished reinstalling the motor and have no power anywhere except the back of the battery switch. I have read a ton of posts on here but have not been able to come up with anything. I have used a test light to check the slave relay for starter with nothing found there. I have checked every wire that connects to anything in the engine compartment that is supposed to be Hot, but is not. The ignition switch has no power coming to it. Of course the trim pump works as it is connected straight to the battery. There is no 90 amp fuse on my starter like everyone else says theirs has, but there is no power on the wires coming to it. The wires going to the red button circuit breaker are dead as well.

Now for the big question...
Is there a fuse panel that I can not find for the life of me?? I have checked the battery switch and have power there, but that's it! The only connector on the harness I can find that I would be able to access is right under the steering column. I have unplugged and inspected and it all looks clean. This thing started right up before I tore it all apart, and all accessories worked. Now I have nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

On the starters main post should be the battery cable, a Red main system wire and a Orange alt wire

Well...luck has it that Im working tomorrow (24 hour shift) so I am going to have to check that on saturday. I don't believe there is a wire from the + on the battery to the main post. If that is my issue, I'll kick myself in the rear for ya! If not, I'll be back!

So, after thinking about what I found earlier while testing wires, I have realized I hooked all 3 from the battery switch to the + on the batteries. I will correct this and more than likely have a running boat again. Thanks Bt!
