Looking for some help. Went to tilt my engine up and noticed it did not work. Then went to turn the key and nothing happened. Next turned on my accessaries and they all worked bilge radio bow lights etc. Thought it could be a fuse, I checked those and they were all good. Next checked battery and cleaned connections at battery and perko switch. Brand new battery bought at end of last year and replaced corroded connections. Then checked to see how much power my starter was getting and it was only about 9 volts. Not sure where to go with this now looking for some direction. Thanks
