The other night I went fishing and my cranking battery was dead so i just trolled around for a coupe of hours. The lights worked so I kept them on. My battery got pretty low. Now heres my problem...

I charged all my batteries back up and now when I cut my main accessory power switch "gives power to lights,areator,bilge,etc"..on, the control box chirps like it does when I turn the key on and no power is getting to my other switches.

heres what I have tried to fix it..

Checked my fuses 1 was blown and I put an new one in.
Changed the circut breaker that comes off my battery
Put a new toggle switch in

Can anyone help?
Fish are biting and I'm stuck at home

If the fuse was blown, did it just blow again when you put a new one in? If it is you must have a direct short somewhere to keep blowing the fuse(s). There is a reason a fuse blows, have you checked for any cut or corroded wires?

Re: No power to accessories Help!

Seems like its always the simplest solutions get over looked first. The problem was I I had to disconnect the main power wire and hook it to the trolling batteries so I could trim the motor up to load the boat. I missed a ground wire when I was reconnecting everything. It had fell behind the battery and I didn't see it. So my problem is solved. When I finaly realized the problem I felt like my ol' man was standing there shaking his head at me..ha

Time to go after them smallies now!

You can laugh at yourself or take great joy in the fact that the repair cost zilch!! A very rare thing when you own a boat.
