Hey Guys I have a 1972 100hp Evinrude the lower unit was off when i got it. It has the Hydro electric lower unit. The cable was cut open, fixed that put it back together now have voltage to both blue & green wires which give me neutral. Forward is the default. Nothing for reverse and i changed the fluid with Type C till full and i have fluid oozing out around the prop shaft. Is this a seal I can change from the prop side or do I have to break it down?? Any Ideas on reverse?? thanks
