no spark merc 3.0 lx ddis

i have a 1991 glastron with a merc 3.0 lx/ddis. i was on the water about half throttle when i throttled back to nutral for a no wake zone. the boat stalled and will not start again. no spark at the plugs. im kinda lost as to what the problem mite be. any help would really be apreciated.

i have voltage with the key on at the distributor 9.8 vt, at the choke 9.8, coil resistance is 2.9 ohm.

Or not even turn over,..??

Is the shift interrupt switch centered as it should be,..??

yes it turns over but doesn't start. the shift interrupt switch appears to be centered and the contact is in the open position.
