Hi Hamlove,<br /> Testing powerpack's,etc. is best left to a outboard tech. with the proper testing equipment.If your not getting any spark at all on any cylinder,then yes you could suspect the powerpack.It's best to take in the whole motor/boat for testing.New powerpack might run close to $100+-...
