No spark on Johnson 4hp

I have a 1985 Johnson 4hp made in Belgium and there is no spark coming from the bottom plug, top plug sparks fine.
What part or parts do i replace in order to get the lower plug to spark/fire? It turns over but does not start.
Any advice is always appreciated. mdl# J4BRHCOB

try swapping the bottom coil to the top, just to see if the problem follows.
