I'll verify the RPMs this weekend.

I think I may have to cut the tank out and replace it. I wanna use the built in and have a spare 6 for emergencies.

Your vent on the tank may be blocked. check the screen outside the boat.

You can buy or borrow a automobile fuel pump and cycle all the fuel through a full sized water separating filter a couple of times. Keep checking the filter and dumping it to get rid of the water.

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea cuz most of the fuel in the tank is new. I'll tyr to rig something up before I cut it out and start over. Too much money in it already.
