Battery charged and proper voltage, cranking RPM good. Black/yellow wire at switch box disconnected for testing. Flywheel magnets in position and none are loose, has a red stator installed. Checked resistance on green/white and white/green wires coming from under flywheel, aprox 575 ohms. There is a small electrical box that the green/white and white/green wires connect to (can't find it in a parts breakdown) with a blue wire on the other end that connects to the switchbox (power pack), no voltage on the blue wire at any time. The small electrical box seems to have a very small melted spot on the back where the coating has started to run down.
If any body has any suggestions I sure could use some help.
Thanks in advance for any help you might offer.

Re: No Spark

Yep, that looks like the black box that I have. Do you have to buy the complete stator kit just to get the black box? Is there any type of electrical checks that can be done just for the black box, by my manual the stator itself checks out ok.
Thanks in advance for your help.
EDIT: Upon looking closer at the picture of the stator, I have only 1 blue wire coming out of the end of the box and have a set of trigger wires coming out of the stator going to the switchbox (power pack).
