Bayliner 2052LS Capri. 3.0L GM engine with a Mercruiser Alpha 1 gen 2 drive. My stern drive serial number is 0L406281, my transom number is 0L287387

Hi guys,
please help as Im at my witts end. I had starting problems, and after changing the slave solenoid, found that the problem was due to excessive wear to the brushes in the starter motor. I have now fitted a new starter motor and solenoid to go along with my new slave solenoid. She now fires up just fine. But now I have no trim! It worked fine before. I have cleaned all electrical connections. There is plenty of fluid in the trim motor oil tank etc. But now when I press the UP or DOWN or TRAILER buttons on the power lever, there is absolutely nothing. What has happened? Thanks for your help in advance....Its now British summer time and I was just on the verge of some decent trips.

See if you have voltage on the red trim solenoid wire, if not may have blown the trim motor fuse.

The trim motor fuse has broken. Where can I order a new one of these? It's a fairly long glass fuse that sits in the black twist apart casing on the trim motor as in the photo.

Okay thanks. Didn't know if it was a specialist mercruiser only part. Sorry.
