So are they jerks or are they using freedom of choice..seems like a flip flop to me Haut... If they are using their freedom of choice, why a recall? They were elected for what they stand for, no God and damn the USA. And if the are jerks, what about their freedom that you so much want these little sh@!head$ to have? 8)

They are jerks using their freedom of choice......
They don't necessarily have to be mutually exclusive....
The recall would be done by those who disagree with the stance of those elected....

If they were elected to office on that plank, then then I doubt that there will be a recall....

Obviously, some of the student body did not agree with their beliefs, & if they take exception, they need to do something about it.....
So, my answer is:
If they are jerks & you disagree with their policy, vote them out of office.......
This just happened last Tuesday on a much grander scale....
Democracy at work!......

The thing that bothers me is nobody is forcing anybody to say God but they are trying to force them to not say God that is totally wrong in my books no matter what I believe in. Plus here in California people are and will say it no matter what the laws are we have radio stations that do the pledge every morning from different school class rooms and they always say ( under God) in the pledge.
