Nobody makes a SS 45 degree Tee for handrail in 7/8"?

Fixing a bent rail and I can buy the 45 degree base but not the tee. How does that work??

​Which one you need? just googled it. I bet I boats would have them also?

Checked iboats, they have a 60 deg, but no 45 deg.
