I too have recently stopped the alcohol. Switched to N/A beer when on the lake. The taste puts me right back into the mode. Pour a shot of liquid caffeine in each (Bev Buzz). These days I need a stimulate not a depressant. Rotate between Busch N/A, Athletic Light, Partake (only 10 calories), and Bud Zero. All pretty good.

also brought home a jug of Willie's juice.

Yep , I like Becks but they took the handle out of the 12 pack box so I cant carry it with my crutches ....so Stella artios or Heineken are the go now.

Didn't think Willie's was available in tennessee. May need to look into that.
Its made with Delta 9, less than 0.3%, which is legal by fed standards, for now.

Ironically, Virginia a recreational State, just pasted a law to restricting Delta 9 to 2 milligrams total per package. In this scenario, you can possess a joint but not a bottle of Willies

I saw an add for alcohol free whiskey the other day. I didn’t know that was a thing and now I see there are several spirits that are alcohol free.

Virginia isn't recreational yet. Possession of anything for personal use is fine, delta 9, cbd, thc.

Unfortunately, it's looking like any amount of booze is pretty bad for you. That said, I'd rather some ice tea, iced coffee, or anything else fizzy over the fake stuff. However, the stouts actually do pretty well; guiness N/A and a couple of knockoffs have been decent. My wife drinks the N/As and has decided that "Penn's Best" is as good as any other lager type n/a. I've only seen it at total wine for $16/case, which is absurdly cheap.

Heard good things about Willie’s. You’re not alone in cutting back, I was 310 lbs two years ago now down 50 lbs, no way that would have happened without significantly cutting back.

I saw on TV some old French woman , still quite on top of life at 110 years old , she reckons that its red wine and cigars every day thats got her this far .

Depends on the definition.

“Recreational” is only used to differentiate between recreational and medical use.

Does a State become “recreational” when it allows possession by the general public or when the State opens its dispensaries to the public without a “medical” card, which we all know is a joke.

I have Celiac Disease, so it is gluten-free beer me.
Didn’t know gluten free beer was a thing until a couple of weeks ago.

Friends brought a 6 pack of Peak IPA over to share at the pool. Not bad with a ABV of 7.1%

Busch NA is my go-to, much better tasting than I remember real Busch being. Athletic orange container IPAs are great but more expensive, and Sam Adam's 'Just the Haze' are good when I can find them. Shiner Bock makes an NA too now.

has come a long way. even the odouls is acceptable.

i've got a drinking problem and trying to cut back quit and i've had a good day with these, and a couple few regular.

Heineken is best, 60 cal
Corona, 50 cal i think
O'douls, 50 cal i think

michelob ultra was dog pis. didnt taste like beer and it was more of a selzer, hint of watermelon

we just racked a bottle of 'cab' that is like a sophisticated grape juice

I've tried fake gin before, horrible.
Me and the guys drank Bittburger NA in Kuwait... Best NA beer I ever had, also better than any real American beer like Budlight, Coors and the like... by far as taste goes. Hard to find in the US though.
Here something I learned from an American living in Germany, mix half of a regular light beer with half a Zero sugar Sprite like soda, and add Ice. Its very cool and refreshing, it cuts the Alcohol by half or more with the ice and you still feel like your maintaining with your buddies. I drink it when working out side in the heat. Really helps when just get that urge to get a beer.
