Me and the guys drank Bittburger NA in Kuwait... Best NA beer I ever had, also better than any real American beer like Budlight, Coors and the like... by far as taste goes. Hard to find in the US though.
Here something I learned from an American living in Germany, mix half of a regular light beer with half a Zero sugar Sprite like soda, and add Ice. Its very cool and refreshing, it cuts the Alcohol by half or more with the ice and you still feel like your maintaining with your buddies. I drink it when working out side in the heat. Really helps when just get that urge to get a beer.

Yeah , my Grandfather used to give me a bit when I was a kid . Its called a Shandy

daily, 1 oz for me - 1.5 for the missus.

Clean and I keep my wits about me better than any other i've tried. I'm scatterbrained by nature so this is not much different, just a slower pace. About two hour effectiveness - takes 30 to 60 to begin the enjoyment but it is a nice soft ascent as is the descent. With the garden variety i tend to get my mind racing and a bit paranoid about everything sometimes. Nothing but Willie love here...

it was 60 bucks for 16 1.5 oz shots.

Heard good things about Willie’s. You’re not alone in cutting back, I was 310 lbs two years ago now down 50 lbs, no way that would have happened without significantly cutting back.

Since i pulled myself off the sofa after a couple days of not really eating or drinking anything useful to my body a couple three weeks ago because of the recent bender i was about 10 lbs lighter than my 'normal' semi permanently semi dehydrated self. Would always get back to the regular weight after a couple few days.

I am now fully hydrated, eat what i want which is about the same as before and i've dropped another 5lb. Once I manage the habit of having a drink in my hand a good part of the day that should drop another 500 calories a day or so as the NA is about half or more than real alcohol.

oh and wife is kicking off week three. She has always out eaten me and still does which is amazing me how she is not fat and that has gotten worse but she still aint gaining weight. Not loosing but not gaining.

The issue with Summer Shandy is now all that Leinies produces is fruit beer.

gone are the 1880 Bock, the Big Butt Dopple Bock, Red, Northwoods Lager, Nut Brown ale, Snow Drift porter, etc......

The beers were better when Jake and Peggy ran the brewery vs baby brother

And now that Molson closed the original plant, Im no longer a fan

In Germany very common to mix sprite with helles (standard German lager) it’s called a Radler. Which basically means one who rides his bike so meant to keep your whits about you. I was put off by it until I tried it Actually quite refreshing. Some of the other mixes like cola and wheat beer are not for me …

They do the same here in the states. Stupid names for beers that taste like crap, undrinkable, but its the “ cool” thing to drink them.
