non ethanol in a 2010

Okay guys, Here is a question. Would it hurt to run non ethanol in a 2010 Suzuki 175, 4 stroke?

Thats what I was thinking. Seems I read or herd someplace the lead was added to help lub the engines or something like that. Reckopn I can rune the cheaper stuff.

I doubt you're going to find lead in any gas you'll buy. It began its phase out in the '70's and was completely banned for on-road vehicles in 1996, meaning any gas station you'd find will not have leaded gas. You certainly may find leaded gas at airports, farms and rare marinas, but I'd be willing to bet even marinas don't stock leaded gas, seeing as leaded gas is only sold for off-road use.

As for the ethanol gas, I seriously doubt a 2010 motor would be bothered by it at all, provided you take a few common sense steps, like keep your gas tank full (much less chance of condensation which leads to almost no chance of water absorption), use a gas stabilizer and maybe add a water separating fuel filter, if you feel the need for one.
