non running evin 15

Still trying to get this thing running.Thanks to JB I can identify the engine. I have pulled the plugs and they are NGK B9HS. Would these be correct for an 1985 15 hp and any idea of the gap.<br />Also does a new set of S/P leads help starting and running. Thanks to anyone who replys

Generally, you can use .030 gap on motors of this type.<br /><br />If you replace the plug wires, make sure you use the solid wire core type.<br /><br />You don't state what the problem is.<br />Are you getting spark?<br />Is fuel getting to the cylinders?
