Short and simple question. What is the best way / product to wax or protect non skid fiberglass decks?

Wax on Non Skid ? hmm sounds counter productive to me. :D

I just bought some Meguiar's Tech Wax 2.0 (paste) no haze no white build up and slicker than a booger on a doorknob.
My euphoria & thinking it's good stuff may be a psychosomatic reaction to the twenty dollars I paid for it.

i was wondering kind of the same thing. maybe not really waxing but what to put on the fiberglass deck to protect it. was afraid to wax because i thought it would make it slick but think it needs something on it.

Woody Wax.
It's expensive but the only thing I know that works on non-skid surfaces.

I was also wondering the same thing. I decided to try a product made by 303 called Aerospace Protectant (http://www.303products.com/tech/ind...Product_ID=428&CFID=50662560&CFTOKEN=25460537). Seemed easy enough to apply, spray on, wipe off. I did about 3/4 of my boat around 3 weeks ago. The parts that I did still look nice and appear to be reflecting the dust and pollen as advertised. The parts that I have not done yet look awful and have a layer of nice green tree pollen.

Re: Non skid waxing

brown_one - The deck maintained the non-skid features.
I actually used the stuff on the smooth glass as well. I'll see how it holds up this year. If it works as advertised, I'll never pull out my buffer again! It was very easy to apply and so far looks good.
