Normal for pee hole to dribble and not pour?

I have a 97 Johnson 130hp outboard. The pee hole dribbles but does not send a "line" of water. The impellor is new.

Lance,<br /><br />NOT normal. It could be just plugged. Look for the tube under the cowl and remove both ends and blow through it.<br /><br />Or, straighten out a paperclip and insert it into the telltale outlet.

Could be an enlarged prostate

Thanks, those are some things to look at. Prostate feels fine
