Heard this one at the pub the other day-
This guy was complaining about saturated foam, but did not have the time or patience to rip apart his boats floatation cells (this was a small little ski boat)
So what he did was drill holes in the aft lower corners of the cells, tilted the boat up for a day or three, got out about 10-15 gallons +- of water total from the two sides and installed garboard plugs in the holes.
This sounded like a quick fix to remove a % the excess water in the floatation area.
But you be the judge!
