BoatBuoy named it "Ruby Ridge Island" after the eccentric owner who had been known ta post some rather outrageous Cornservative/Survivalist carp here on DC. (After the "Ruby Ridge" matter named after a location in I da ho, that Janet Reno prosecuted fer the Clinton Administration in the 1990s). The island does not have an "official" name as it is fairly small (6.6 acres) in a fairly small but sweet 1000 acre lake in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, (the coastal range in the State of Washington).
The locals either call it "Big Island" or me last name Island. I don't wanna be famous so I don't openly tell everyone where it is, (and those who know where it is have been kind enough ta respect me wishes ta keep it anonymous). Thanks guys! Respectfully, JR
