i recently bought this boat of ebay and guy said he would give me a title as soon as he found one but he gave me a bill of sale and now i cant register it and he wont answer my emails or phone calls i live in tx what sould i do put it on ebay again now i do have a clear title for the trailer any ideas oh the pic pictures are in the thread i left under please help

1. Does Texas require an old title or just a bill of sale. Some states do not care about titles. (Alabama for one on small boats)
2. What state was it titled in? Did it really have a title? If it is in a state that does not require one then probelm solved. If so, you may be able to contact the DMV there and get a copy. Worth a try if needed.
3. Is it a notarized bill of sale. If not , then you need a lawyer, if the guy will not answer any of you attempts to contact him.

Hope you did not pay too much.

tx does require a title to register theres a title in illnoise i called already and im tire d of this boat i have clear title to the trailer he had it was title in his moms name anyways it a 1976 mosquito fish finer seats look brand new it has a 65 johnson outboard the trottle controls has a missing key i also did some research its missing the starter ,the fuel pump and solonied i wish i knew if it was worth messing with oh the boats 14.5 HOW MUCH IS IT WORTH ANY IDEAS I BOUGHT ON EBAY FOR 600.00 DROVE IT 200 MILES AND THE TRAILER LIGHT WORK ANY IDEAS IF I CAN GET MY MONEY OUT BY RESELL ING IT OH I ALSO TALKED TO THE PARKS AND WILDLIFE IN TEXAS AND I CAN APPLY FOR A BONDED TITLE WHAT SHOULD I DO AND HOW MUCH IST THIS BOAT WORTH
