Now that I've dismantled this far...HELP!

I have had zero problems with this motor for the last 5 years, now for the last 3 months I've been fighting what I found to be a bad cylinder(s). This is a 60 hp 1994 or 1995. Can anyone tell me from these pics if these pistons are shot, or if I'm still in O.K. shape??? From what I can tell, I lost the oil injection pump, the nylon bearing on the crankshaft looks kinda shot. Would this explain the #1 cylinder not making compression? The rings are pretty badly worn, and the pistons look pretty bad to me, but maybe that's how they look??? If someone has some direction for me, I'd gladly take it, Should I just look at a new powerhead for the thing, or is it worth it for me to put some time into fixing this one. Howsabout mixing my own fuel from now on too, does anyone think that's a bit anal, cuz I'm about ready to never trust a 2 cycle oil injection ever again.

Thanks, and hopefully the pictures show up...

The pistons are shot, pull the top and center main bearings, rods and check crank journals to see if damaged from lack of oil. You will need to have cylinders bored oversize and new gaskets installed.
