number 4 no fuel???

Third test#1-110,#2-110#3-105,#4-100
Third was rounded down gage is in 5lb increments

Ok, don't know how this motor is setup but if that's the case, can rule out carb issue. Your compression numbers are not consistent. You shouldn't be losing compression on #3 by adding atf. Have you ever seen the spark plug have water on it? Could be small leakage of water in cylinder but that usually is noted with misfires. Only other things I could think of would be crank seal leaking or warped reed pedals.
