What is the difference in the weight of a 65hp johnson and a 115 johnson?

Hi Z-man,<br />I don't know the weight of the 65hp but the 115 weight is - manual tilt model = 270lbs (122.5kg) or Power trim & tilt = 298lbs (135kg)<br />Ross

Hi z-man<br />Whats going on? You buying motors by the pound? Since you didn't give any model #s, I'll give you an educated estemate. The differance is aprox. 50lbs. The 65hp weighing in at aprox.200lbs. the 115hp aprox 250lbs. These #s are from OMC specs. on simalar motors.

Not buying motors by the pound. HA HA Just tring to figure if an old ski boat will tote a 115hp or not. I didnt want to sink it. THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS.
