Finally , got her fired up today.<br /> After a spark test . Fresh .87oct Shell, pennzoil synthetic TCW3 25-1 mix.<br /> Fired up, after two choke starts. <br /> Warmed up , set timing per Joe Reeves. <br /> Actually , looked at timing , LOL. <br /> It was 24 degrees , perfect. Right at TDC, or slightly before at idle. Should be about perfect on water. Intend to ,check it running down the lake ,with a trusted co-pilot ! ! LOL.<br /> <br /> Double oil, had the neighbors, thinking something was afire!! LOL.<br /> No problems , but a slight fuel leak. The gasket , (outer , looks like a wagon wheel), wouldn't seal.<br /> I learned my lesson ,about some after market items. Not on a fuel pump again. <br /> I didn't like the looks of it, when I installed. <br /> I was just too lazy ,to root around ,for the oem gasket I had.<br /> Well I found it , LOL. <br /> Problem solved. A couple more hours at idle, and I'm hitting the lake.<br /> And , I will post pic. with it running, hopefully tommorrow. <br /> Guy just left, who has my camera . Said he'll return it tommorrow.<br /> Still those BUDS , SOUND AWEFULL GOOD !!!!<br /> <br /> KYHunter
