Ocean Runner 200 Disconnected line

Trying to figure out where this line is supposed to be connected on the other end it’s disconnected

Can’t tell from the picture which hose your talking about, but one hose gets stuffed into a hole in the air box

There is also a hose that run up behind starter toward top of motor ..it is open as vent hose for bottom bearing

I know sorry for the confusing photos, I actually noticed another disconnected line as well,I looked behind the starter and every where and can’t find any nipples they would attach to. I’m not very familiar with outboards and really appreciate your help thank you. Any tips on where can I find a diagram of this motor? I think it’s a 1997 ocean runner 200hp

This is the vent for bottom bearing...in runs up side of block behind starter. It attaches to nothing
