ODDD1 or anyone need help

I have a 1990 150HP Maniner with no spark at first my problem was spark on one side only. after replacing the stator and trigger now I have no spark at all. I pull the switch boxes for other running engine to see if my switch boxes are ok there are good. What eles can I look for without buying any more parts. And I had a trip for this weekend can someone guide me in the right direction. :confused:

Is this engine turning over at "full cranking speed"? It needs to. Also try removing the sparkplugs (all of them) and recheck spark. You also need to un-hook the rectifier and recheck for spark.

So you say that I should un-hook the rectifier completely all wires? And then try to start it to check for spark?

You didn't by chance hook up the battery leads wrong? Positive on Negative and visa versa....
