OEM for Outboard

I was reading in another thread where a poster (Don S) provided a link for an OEM service manual for an engine. Is this available for an outboard also? I have purchased both the SELOC and CLYMER repair manuals for my outboard and I really would like a manual specific to my outboard that shows parts and diagrams of the powerhead and lower unit. I have a 1999 Mercury 125 HP 4cyl 2 stroke, S/N OG823168. Any idea what EXLPTO represents? It is on the serial # plate also. Still new at this and 'preciate any help.

Re: OEM for Outboard

Thanks for the responses guys. Don't know if the Merc Dealer wants me to have the OEM manual as when they see me they see $$$$$. Have spent close to a grand on repair and maintenance in the last 3 months. Every item listed on the invoices is in the service manuals I purchased. That said, I will be maintaining going forward. Not much info on the 125HP. Did they stop production? Thanks again for your help
