OEM Volvo Penta Thermostat VS Sierra Aftermarket

Any opinions on the difference between an OEM Volvo Penta thermostat (part #3856961) and the Sierra aftermarket version? Are they the same part just rebranded or is there a significant difference? Thanks!

both work. bet Volvo does not manufacturer t-stats , so the OEM are also "aftermarket" .

Volvo doesn't make that motor anyway. Chevy jobs out the OEM thermos.
The OEM is made in America(that could be Canada,Mexico,the US,)
The aftermarket is probably Chinese.
