Well as some know, I have been replacing one of my engines.... Long block all dressed up waiting to go in..... Happy about that..

U-joints on the starboard engine (Bravo 2) drive were toast so changed them. Also, the person that install the gimbal bearing did not line up the hole so when I greased the unit it was coming out the outside of the bearing and not into it.....
Anyways...... Great excuse to pull port drive for a piece of mind till I drop engine in on Wedensday..... Pull the drive and U/J's were in great condition and gimbal felt good and lube hole in alignment as was engine alignment. (First time I used the aligning tool in a long while ...
I now, clean the mating portions to mount the drive but the mating O-ring for the oil supply line is too small (Sierra kit). I try to stretch a little but snap it after a gentle pull..
Does anyone know the O-ring number for this O-ring.?... I will take the merc number and cross reference but what I am looking for is the standard industry number.... For example a #013 o-ring is 7/16 x 9/16 x 1/16 a #014 is 1/2 x 5/8 x 1/16.. etc.... They are just basic NBR O-rings and of course the hundreds of O-rings I have, none match a dimension I was comfortable with...
For those of you looking to change the U/J's on the Bravo drive, with U/J part number 75832T1 (INNER CLIP) the part numbers for cross reference U/J's are the following..... I got the Moogs on Rock auto for $10 and I also bought some close out U/J for $3 PDQ 16301 (PROVEN DRIVELINE QUALITY)
