Oil drip from the prop exhaust after running on muffs

I have a '91 Evinrude 115. I noticed the other day after running on the muffs that there was a small amount of oil that dripped from the prop exhaust. Is this from the fuel mixture? Too rich? The motor seems to be running fine.

Usually that's all it is, just unburned fuel-exhaust. This is not necessarily from an over rich mixture.
