Oil injection on 1986 Mariner 45 horse motor

I have an autoblend oil injection system for a 45 horse Mariner motor and am. Wondering how it works. I have a hose going to the gas tank and a hose going to the motor. Looks like there is a place where another hose goes(see picture). Am I missing a hose. Any advice/help is appreciated.

Throw that oil injection tank away as far as you can !!
