Oil Leak

I have a 1990 Sea Ray with a Merc 5.0 and a Alpha One Stern drive. A few years back it was leaking oil, blue in color I believe, out of the lower unit through a hole near the bottom of the unit. I started doing it again this year over the winter. I was going to take it to the marina and have them fix it, but things have changed so I thought about doing it myself. Last time he said it was some sort of seal. I was wondering it this is hard to do...I have looked at a few videos online on how to take the lower unit off, but was wondering where this seal is at? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

If its a standard Alpha1 then most likely its the water pump base seal or the shift shaft seal

Yes I believe it is a standard one, but don't know how to tell. Where are those seals located?
