Oil leaking into water

Is it, by chance, the Valvecover leaking,+ running down onto the Manifold drain(I think it's what you're looking at)...........<br />

I suppose it is possible. I mostly just saw the oil dripping off the head of the bolt that sticks out from it. I had assumed it was leaking out of that drain, but I will look to see if it is coming from above. Thanks for the help!
