Oil looking liquid coming out of the holes on top of lower unit

Not sure if this is normal or not gonna change the impeller this weekend but this stuff was oozing out pretty good looks almost like oil doesn’t smell like gas mix from my gas/oil almost the same look as gear lube but who knows. There’s these little holes on the top part of the lower unit is this normal? I did spray a bunch of fogging oil and carb cleaner into it maybe this is overflow?

Looks like you have a seal leak. Looks like gear oil leaking out of the weep hole. I would start with pressure testing the gear box.

What seal would be leaking is there a gasket up there somewhere? And how do I go about pressure testing the gear box

That’s what I thought that all that was just draining from
me spraying down the carbs & cylinders with that cleaner and that’s all that carbon & gunk coming out. Gonna drain the lower unit today and take it off so I can put the impeller in tomorrow
