oil on outdrive

I brung my boat out of winter storage and I have a 3.0 liter with alpha one outdrive and I have oil on the fin where you would mount a stabilizer to it I don't know where the oil is coming from or why. Can someone have an answer for it??

That area is probably the anti-ventilation plate and oil there is more than likely trim fluid coming from a leaking trim ram.
