oil reservior?

I have a 90 sea ray mercruiser 7.4l bravo 1. this may be a dumb question but what are the wires for on the oil reservior and where should they be hooked too?

Howdy,


The switch in the tank is simply a low level switch. It closes when the level goes below a predetermined level.


One wire goes to ground and the other goes to the alarm circuit. When the switch closes it grounds the wire and sounds the alarm.
