oil to gas ratio

Hey guys I just got a 1988 110hp Evinrude and don't have a clue what the oil to gas ratio is supposed to be.

Isn't it a VRO or has it been converted to premix.?

Even if it is a VRO run it on premix until you have confirmed that the VRO is working properly
