I have a 1987 150 Johnson and water comes out of mine in most all of those places; what important is that its coming out of the exhaust releif ports and the pee hole as well as the holes at bottom of GC just above the prop. You don't have the water on full blast to those muffs do you? You should only go 1/2 flow and not overpower the h2o pump.

On muffs you should have the water on full flow. Best way to check any water flow though is take it out and run it and check for overheat and ect.
