ok so i have a bayliner capri with a 85 force and i only have one pump mounted to the drivers side of the engine... is this a trim? or i think it is a tilt pump because i dont have a switch on the throttle... is it cost effective to add a trim? and if so how would ya do it? the engine is the white Force a 1985 model.....

If you have two fluid tubes then you have power tilt. If you have four fluid tubebs then you have power trim and power tilt. There is only one motor and the switch can be anywhere for either system.

Ya mines the same no trim it would be a big ram assy between the motor brackets with a shaft in the center to trim the motor when your running wide open i beleive RRitt rebuilds these units and you can find them on a popular auction site on the web, very expensive and a bit of work to put one on it looks like to me,but it would be nice to have one too.

SWEET! then mine has 4 lines so that means tilt trim lol ... ok now is there a way to incorporate a switch on the throttle control instead of the dash for trim?
