Old 9.5 HP Evinrude, Model # 9822D, Serial number E20795.<br /><br />So what year is it? And where is the best place to get parts for this old baby? Need a carb kit, water pump kit and lower unit seal kit.<br /><br />Thanks Much!

That's a 1968 9.5 Evinrude Model Code.<br /><br />It will run well on 50:1 87-89 octane.<br /><br />You should be able to get the parts you mention from our host:Parts

parts are avalable at any local omc dealer i have a few of these engines and a lot of parts if you have a problem let me know i might have it

I have a '64 Rude 9.5 that I am considering selling, it's getting a tune-up as we speak.<br /><br />Any idea what their going for? I moved up to a bigger boat with a 75hp and a newer 9.9 Merc for a kicker, so I have no use for the ole Rude anymore...<br /><br />If anyone is interested I'm in the Boston/Providence area, drop me a line.
