Old evinrude junior ID

Just got an old Evinrude Junior EJRCDR labelled "Belgium". Not sure what year or HP though I was told it is 2 HP, but I suspect it is less. Ser.#B0108204. How can I get a manual and some backup info to maintain it? E is Evinrude and JR is Junior. The C means counter-rotation and DR means de-rated rope start.

Nonsense----The ---CD -----Means that it is a 1986 model.
