sear#217-59671 block tag T643-04 5911004. basically have same problem flyduck had. runs great with the choke closed. will try cleaning it. any other ideas. this is to be a Christmas for a kid who has a 10' bass hound.

There's a small rubber cone shaped thing in the mounting base area of the carb. Looks like a little roundish rubber gasket thing. Poke/pry it out. It's sort of cone shaped. Replace it. It's called the fuel pump.<br /><br /><br />(After reading below post, let me edit this post to read.............. Pull on rope repeatedly and spray carb cleaner at it.)

got it running, sore arm 1/2 ccan carb cleaner.
